What started in their garage with a small home dehydrator quickly turned into something bigger. After friends and family kept insisting, “You need to sell this,” Tim and Megan decided to take the leap. Today, they produce 50 pounds of jerky weekly out of a commercial kitchen, all while balancing another full-time career. They offer six flavors of handcrafted beef jerky, each packed with bold flavor. Tim’s personal favorite?
