Hello! We are Simon & Rama.
We’ve always loved going to farmers markets and local shops. Since we started dating, every date we planned somehow ended up at a seasonal farmers market, a local boutique, or a family-owned shop. Even on our honeymoon and travels around the world, our favorite, main destination was always the same — somewhere that sells local handmade stuff!
As an introvert couple, this has been our refreshing outdoor activity. We get to explore. We get to know people who are passionate about what they do. We get to take home valuable items and food. And every time, we leave inspired — hearts full.
When we got married, we kept right on going to farmers markets and local shops. And we noticed something: many of them rely on word-of-mouth. They’re hard to find through Facebook group searches. You have to go to a farmers market or an event to know about them. On Google, they only show up if you type in the business name — never if you search for the service or product they provide.
Our intent is to change that!
We spent a lot of time planning, building, and brainstorming — between changing diapers, chasing toddler boys, managing a full-time job and two side hustles, and a master’s degree in the works. The vision came together slowly. Many late nights, working while the babies napped, we built it through it all. And now, it’s in your hands.
We’re hoping this platform will serve locals who want to support their neighbors — and bring more visibility and reach to every small business owner so they can thrive.
